had a wonderful stay in swellendam. aan de eike guest house exceeded expectations with its luxurious decor, spacious rooms, and delicious breakfast. the personal touches like flowers on the beds made it even more special.

One drawback was the lack of soundproofing in the rooms, as we could hear noises from neighboring rooms and the parking area. there were some maintenance issues, such as a noisy boiler and a pool pump that disrupted our sleep.
